Joan MacNaughton (Chair), with a formidable career spanning industry, government, academia, and the third sector, brings unparalleled leadership to the board. As the former Director General of Energy for the UK and a global advocate for climate change initiatives, Joan’s strategic vision will guide CGLN’s efforts in shaping impactful energy policies.
Martin Bellamy, the visionary founder of the CGLN concept, continues to drive innovation in clean growth. His experience in establishing transformative businesses and real estate developments globally, including the pioneering Gravity smart campus, positions him as a key architect in CGLN’s mission to foster a cleaner, smarter future.
Deborah Wince-Smith, President & CEO of the Council on Competitiveness, is internationally recognised for her work in enhancing economic performance through innovation. Her deep understanding of competitiveness strategy and public-private partnerships will be vital as CGLN seeks to leverage global best practices.
Lord Barker of Battle, a former British MP and Minister of State for Energy and Climate Change, has a distinguished record in environmental leadership. His current work with The EV Network and other clean energy initiatives underscores his commitment to driving sustainable change, aligning perfectly with CGLN’s goals.
Bernie Bulkin brings extensive experience in the energy and environmental sectors, with leadership roles across business, government, and academia. As Executive Chairman of K3 Energy and K3Solar Ltd, Bernie’s insights into renewable energy projects and sustainable development will be invaluable as CGLN champions the transition to clean energy.
